Our Privacy Policy for ‘Ace of Hearts’

Thank you for playing our game and taking an interest in privacy! This is our privacy notice. It sets out how The ATTUNE Project handles your personal data. If you download/play our game ‘Ace of Hearts’, you agree to this privacy statement.

1.       What Information Do We Collect?

We receive and store certain types of information automatically when you interact with our game, such as:

  • Analytics information about how you use our services. We use this information to design new services and improve our games

  • When you sign-in to our games with Game Center, Google Play Games or other platform providers, we gather from that provider your basic profile information such as your username and friends list

  • Information about the device you use to access our services such as its make & model, operating system version, platform, language, time zone, device carrier, applications installed and IP address;

  • Your general location (ie. city/country) based on your IP Address, so we know what language to use and so that we can provide services that are applicable to your location. ‍

2.       How Do We Use Your Information?

We perform analytics on data we hold for business analysis and operations, business intelligence, product development and improvement. Your data will be analysed as part of The ATTUNE Project to understand how you play the game and what you interact with.

3.       Who We Share Your Information With

Your personal data will be shared within the ATTUNE team during data analysis.  This will not be shared anywhere else, and if so, will be done anonymously.

4.       Data Storage

T‍he only data we store is analytics data via Google Analytics and Unity analytics, this data will be deleted after the end of the project, when all publications are published.

We will respond to your complaint within a reasonable time after we receive it, provided you supply return contact details. If you do not provide return contact details, we will be unable to respond to your complaint, although we will consider its content.‍

7.        Definitions

Analytics: Interpretation and interpolation of unidentified data to predict and isolate trends relating to game play and app use.

IP Address (Internet Protocol Address): A unique string of numbers separated by full stops or commas that identifies each computer using the Internet Protocol to communicate over a network. These numbers are usually assigned in geographic blocks.
